[Bug] ISD codes are displayed multiple times and unsorted
ISD codes are displayed multiple times and unsorted
[Bug] if only column_isd_code and column_without_isd_code is updated then number is not updated
While updating a record, if no other attributes than column_isd_code and column_without_isd_code are changed then the number does not save.
Cause:
The before_validation callback is not triggered as none of the ActiveRecord columns are changed
Solution:
Trigger the change on column so that the callback will be invoked
