I've already created an app manifest for it here:

Users can either installing it by adding the bucket first like this:

scoop bucket add jericjan https://github.com/jericjan/scoop-bucket
scoop install jericjan/ls-interactive

Or by directly using the URL like this:

scoop install https://github.com/jericjan/scoop-bucket/raw/master/bucket/ls-interactive.json

With this 2nd method, you can take my ls-interactive.json, place it anywhere in your repo, and use that file's raw URL instead.

EDIT: Why did i call it scoopy? Man, I need sleep.

I tried zsh/bash/fish with iTerm2.app and Terminal.app. None of them works.

if you are inside c:/a/b/c,

then you click left arrow key, it can jump to parent folder and point to parent foler (> c:/a/b/c)

Running ls-interactive in a subshell causes it to default to a certain number of lines.

Repro

1. Run cd $(ls-interactive)
2. Observe behavior

Expected
ls-interactive fits to the terminal even when invoked from within a subshell.

There is no way to use the alt+enter shortcut to echo current folder. As a workaround, I find myself having to navigate further down and press alt+enter on the .. entry.

I would suggest adding the . entry, or providing a new shortcut to select the current location.

currently, in windows terminal, win10, function:

Open folder in terminal (CD to folder) using Shift+Enter or Alt+Enter

only works on cmd.
