Create a view where you the user can create their own screens. It's a visual creator for an internal JSON file representation.
The user can add rows and in each row the user can add any number of cols.
This should be based on flex + grid for maximum flexibility
In each col the user can set a plugin instance

Decide if we need custom hooks for Firebase data or we're going to use an existing library
Decide if we're going to load the data to the store
