log errors to files accordingly to keep output cleaner

provide the active time for a given flow and the last active time

Only v4 in v4 is decoded. Should be able to decode V6 in v4, V6 in V6, v4 in V6 as well

store the decoded data into influx db which can be consumed by grafana

organize display correctly. currently things are printing in random orders
