In betterchapters.lua, it says the keybind names are chapter_next, chapter_prev. These don't do anything. The correct ones seem to be chapterplaylist-next, chapterplaylist-prev when added to input.conf.

1.What's the function of the file “fonts.conf”(font cache file?) and "encoding-profiles.conf"? if I can delete these two files for redundant, during use ?
2.if it's useful ,What command (or how )to generate “fonts.conf”(font cache?) for my own ?

Your config is much appreciated. My only issue is I need gaplees playback enabled. Even if I add the argument --gapless-audio=yes it does not work. I took a quick look at your code and can't find what is overiding it. Can you shed any light on how to enable gapless playback while using your full config?

OSD does not show on the top left corner when fast-forward with mpv 0.21.0 ， The previous version is working properly.

i think the second one is my edit of your config, and the first one is vanilla mpv

I can't find them in the mpv manual.
The github page of auto-profile doesn't mention about it, either.

I've observed there's location detection in auto_profiles_functions, but It didn't work in OS X, So I would like to know if there's a solution in Mac ?

Hello i would like to test your config ive never used a config before where do i place them? On ubuntu if that helps.

Hello, i'm using your betterchapters.lua but i have some questions.
By default, mpv treat the file start as chapter 0
ex.
If i have a file with chapter 1 at 5min, and now i'm at 2min, and i press PGDWN to go previous chapter
●Without betterchapters→mpv will go to file start
●With betterchapters→mpv will go to previous file

Is it possible to have the same bahavior when i use betterchapters.lua?(treat the file start as chaper 0)

The last changes were a over a year ago has this config been abandoned and is it still useable with all the updates to mpv as well as the scripts and shaders it uses?
