Commit statuses reported by Flux must be customized to use a unified name, so that the same commit status can be used as a required commit status in a protected branch.

Right now, the Flux Provider's uid is appended to the commit status, which can be problematic if the provider is recreated, changed - or is different per namespace.

Allow public HTTPS access to the GreenSTAR app in all environments.

The FluxCD, Config Connector and Playwright workloads are running on the core node pool, which costs more since it's based on standard VMs rather than Spot VMs. Migrating them to the work node pool would reduce the GKE cluster costs.

Currently they reside in the greenstar repository, which is not ideal. It would be better to have them in this repository so that all cluster-related information is in one place (e.g. patching the manifests to update the cluster name or location).
