Hi, I can't seem to find information on how to post process fields at all, or specifically in immutable objects.

e.g. lets say the source of my data is a third party API, and it has useless deep nested JSON values (and no JSON Schema). How do I reach into the depths of the JSON structure and 'pluck' out a value that I want and assign it to a field?
