Problem

We have created a nice workflow for auto assignment to GH projects of issues of dedicated repos, but for HDS we'd like a generic instantiation that tracks in the Incident Project all issues from all Arkhn repos which have the type/incident label

Implementation

• Add an optional variable to https://github.com/arkhn/.github/blob/main/.github/workflows/project.yml
• filter on that var when provided
• Add a workflow directly in this repo that call that re-usable workflow

Problem

The generic arkhn pr template does not seem to fit perfectly the needs of data analysts. So we are suggesting a new PR template for the data team.

Following recent efforts to create re-usable workflows for pre-commit and GH project assignement in #2, we could add a new re-usable workflow for deployment to our scaleway servers.

This could be of great use for:

• Deployment of IG
• Deployment of Lighter, Explore
• Deployment of Arkhn Admin

The intent here is to have online the latest version of the app automatically, without soliciting the @arkhn/engineering team manually each time, and having to wait for it.

So, each repo like arkhn/explore could add a workflow which would reuse this base workflow (see an example on arkhn/ai for project assignement) with appropriate parameters, say here the name of the server to use and the ansible role(?), that would be triggered upon release.
