error with commands

i might just be stupid, but whenever I try to send a command in a channel the bot doesn't send anything and i get this error message

bot isnt working on replit

help command is working but the apis interaction have some problem...
the replit getting problem with the promises due to depreciated packages...
but working properly with my terminal
any solutions?
