The application displays hello greeting message with changeable background on the click.

1. Install Flutter SDK version 1.22.1 using:

https://flutter.dev/docs/get-started/install

2. Follow instructions in section Set up on page:

https://flutter.dev/docs/get-started/web#set-up

3. To build

flutter build web

Target artifact is on path build/web.

4. To serve your app from localhost in Chrome, enter the following from the root:

flutter run -d chrome

The validation can be triggered by executing the following command in the target project directory:

flutter test
