What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new uiviewcontroller
2. Insert some controllers in the xib file
3. Present it either by using [self presentview..] or [s.navigationcontroller 
presen..] but don't push it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-Expected output: a rotated screen just like if you push it, but without the 
navigation bar at the top
-instead: a not rotated screen with bad width

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ios 6

Please provide any additional information below.

Do not display from right to left in Arabic. I've tried to set text alignment 
but did not have any effect.
