Describe the bug
When questions are cleared on clicking CLEAR FEEDBACK button, it can't be restore back.

To Reproduce

1. Add some questions
2. Click Clear Feedback
3. All added questions gets deleted

Expected behavior
We would want to store the deleted questions in some other table in SQLite, so that it can be recovered if needed
