currently the fire doesn't care whether there are mountains or water around. I just wanted to see how it propogated, so I haven't set up any terrain type checks yet.

Add a random factor to the location of objects

let people know that it hasn't crashed and is, in fact, working.

Make the edge of the world pretty.

For now, we'll use the island technique, bounds are all underwater.

Add "Deep Water" which is not interactive,
Lock all edges to somewhere in this region.

Turn the square matrix of values into a circle by locking the corners into Deep Water space.

unlock everything except deep water

run a second smoothing pass, but with only a few passes.

should make the mountains smoother.

worth a try.

make groups of objects from which random objects can be chosen for each tile.

(already done, actually. I just wanted to see some progress on the milestone bar.)

Make a flame thrower animation for starting fires

We need to get the extraneous crap out of the master branch, so initial checkouts are sleeker.

Squirrel Trap - trap the squirrels in a certain location
Mine - Throw the squirrels in all directions
Gasoline - Allow Fire to cross water
Axe - cut down trees to make a fire break, damage squirrels

add popcorn sound fx to dying squirrels

Make a minimap/ radar bui overlay so you can tell where you are

Get an initial top-down render for the base texture
take a circle of it out of the middle
add dots for squirrels
add small textures for fires
etc
etc

We need a way to start fires, thought I would attach this issue to a milestone to see what happens. :D
