Hello and welcome to my data science project !

This is a personal project that was also used to validate my IBM Data Science Professional Certificate.

The goal of this project is to answer the following question: Where is a “good place” to buy a house in France and at what price?

ajout de la rentabilité immo

Ce serait intéressant de retrouver les zones en fonction de leur rentabilité.
La rentabilité brute. Elle s'obtient en divisant le loyer annuel par le prix du logement et en multipliant le résultat par 100. Il s'agit donc d'un rendement brut annuel. Exemple : un studio acheté 150.000 € et loué 650 € par mois rapporte 5,2 % (650 x 12 /150.000 x 100 = 5,2).
