The ideal location is CR's private repo. Once the repo is created, it should be transferred there.

Or simply handover the ownership of this repo and change the type to private.

The user should be able to create tasks for each specific module and tier.

We are using a combination of flatly and paper.

We will be showing progress through polar charts as they seems to be the best tool to display overall progress while at the same time showing how much each module has contributed to the overall progress.

When a new tier is defined, it should be available for all the modules that have been defined earlier or will be defined in future.

We will be using go app engine sdk.

When a user adds a modules, it should inherit all the tiers that have been defined earlier.
In short, all the modules should have the same Tiers.
