Add the following github workflow actions for pull request and master merge

1. Gradle wrapper validation.
2. Run lint
3. build project.
4. run test. - This can be used for the future.

We really want to improve our UI to make it more attractive. An interactive splash screen, buttons, and Image View are some of the areas we want to improve.

We can either stick to portrait mode only or make it work in landscape mode as well.

after clicking the save image button it always shows no image selected before showing the image saved toast.

@ashut0sh75 I would like to add VToonify model to it.
VToonify is an open-source model that cartoon images of different kinds like
Cartoon-Beautiful, Cartoon-Princess, Cartoon-Big Eyes, Cartoon, Masculine, Cartoon-Handsome.

Along with it we can create Illustration, Arcane and Comic images as well.

1. Move declared strings under xml and class files to string.xml
2. Move dimension definitions to dimen.xml.
3. Remove unwanted imports and commented out code.
   etc.

Make readme more attractive by adding emojis, animations, GIFs, and much more interactive graphics to make it more exciting to read.

Avoids contributors from committing unnecessary files back to this repository. The current .gitignore file doesn't handle this very well. An example can be found here. Android.gitignore

I suggest adding a contributing.md file to the project. You can assign this task to me, and I will create the file.

1. Use ActivityResult API for Selecting Image from device and Permissions.
2. Introduces READ_MEDIA_IMAGES permissions , which is should be used instead of READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE in android 13+ devices.
3. Cleanup old codes.

Hiding the navigation bar and the Status Bar can provide more cleaner look

Problem Description:
The hideSystemBars code, which was commonly used in earlier versions of Android, is no longer supported starting from Android 10 and below. In order to hide the system bars in these versions, developers need to implement alternative methods provided by the Android framework. It is important to keep this in mind when developing applications targeting older Android devices.

This issue is used to discuss doubts and have conversations.

This will definitely reduce the boilerplate code and will improve code readability.

We only has one type of ml model right now, we want to give more option to user to choose between different styles like anime, 3d etc.
