Team Checklists

All good, if you need a specific checklist we can develop. I'll try to put in some last guidance tomorrow evening together with @bmen to have some checklists for each team available.

  • How to handle participants/devices (record) → Reception Check-List
  • How to handle the tools and materials → Toolkeeping Check-List
  • How to handle the repairs → Expert Check-List
  • How to handle the online reporting etc → Collaboration Check-List

→ all of these are to be considered then a prototype where we need proof of concept, so we will learn from the event on the 16th and improve, it is ok if not everything works out perfectly, from there we grow. 👍

Quote @PyGamma

Hey team, this is really great work however, I recommend that the read me file should be used for describing the repository only not for scripting the entire content of the project or activities idea. So please create a file and move most of the details you have provided here and leave only the description of the repository in the read me file. Doing this as soon as possible will give us the opportunity to move forward.

  • proper file naming can be improved a bit?
  • anything else?
