Note that I'm using the version 1.0.2-private in my examples because 1.0.1-private would actually be considered a lower version number than 1.0.1. Potential gotcha for anyone trying this out.

I've added a new branch with instructions here https://github.com/aspnet/JitBench/blob/dev/README.md to use private builds of the CLR. These instructions are based on the best strategy we've found to run on a 'sandbox' shared framework.
