When the user starts the first time the app and wants to connect to an existing database.

The ImportBundleApplicationStartPanel needs also a default locale. For the implementation you can take the PropertiesDirectoryWalker.

For now there is an import process to import an single file of resource-bundles or even a bundle-application.
It would be nice to give the user the opportunity to export resource-bundles or even a bundle-application. Insert therefor a button 'export' to the panels.

When import a resource bundle from a directory the default locale is setting not the right value.

In the import wizard in the second step the import resourcebundle table is shown. It would be nice if the user can exclude resourcebundles from the table over a button.

When the user starts the first time the app and wants to create new bundle-app for his application first he have to set the password for the root user.

The root user is preconfigured and exists in the initial database.
