We can do some specific integration test for Astra in this repo, need an integration test framework to do that

Distributes gasLimit * baseFee, to developers (contract owners) and validators.

Improved EIP-1559

EIP-1559 concepts:

• baseFee - dynamic per block fee
• priorityFee - fee intended for miners to prioritize transactions
• maxFeePerGas - maximum fee that user is ready to pay, baseFee + priorityFee <= maxFeePerGas
• effectiveGasPrice - effective gasPrice used min(priorityFee, maxFeePerGas - baseFee) + baseFee

State in Ethereum, EIP1559:

• gasUsed * baseFee is burned
• gasUsed * priorityFee is sent to miners
• (gasLimit - gasUsed) * effectiveGasPrice is refunded back to the user

State in Astra now:

• gasUsed * baseFee is sent to the validators
• gasUsed * priorityFee is sent to validators
• (gasLimit - gasUsed) * effectiveGasPrice is refunded back to the user

State in Astra with fee distribution:

• gasUsed * baseFee is split 50%-50% validators-developers
• gasUsed * priorityFee is sent to validators
• (gasLimit - gasUsed) * effectiveGasPrice is refunded back to the user

We fixed supply so need to turn off the inflation and change the reward for validators
