libra's Issues

Imagery overlay

I want to develop Libra with imagery overlay functionality. Basically what is the roadmap for this? Thanks!

Newer versions of angular-leafet-directive is not backwards compatible

Current bower.json:

"angular-leaflet-directive": "^0.7.10",

Pull a newer version (ie just build now that a 0.8+ is available) and hover/click events on the map don't work. Best I can tell that the object passed back via events no longer includes 'markerName', which looks to have changed to 'modelName'

I agree this is horrible versioning on the angular leaflet guys part as 0.8 is not a major versoin change and should not include backwards braking changes, but it is what it is.

Having trouble with images from today

On load, the date slider shows the last available date as today's date.

As soon as I click to open the date filter to change the date, the most recent available date changes to yesterday.

If I update the date filter to only show me images from yesterday and today then I get incorrect information. The map does not update and the results show that there is no data available but the error message here is not very helpful.

How to run in a non development env

Possible to provide instructions on how to configure server to run in a non development env?

Currently running:

grunt connect:dist

However that still feels more like develop.

Is there a way you would recommend serving out this app in a production env?

Search UI

Looking to add advanced search. I created a working demo of this but it doesn't have a place in the UI yet.

libra-search

I think this could be part of a larger redesign of the filter bar. We should think about adding in basemap toggling (also in future improvements) while we're at it.

@dmccarey @carolineportugal let me know if this can be integrated as part of #14
