Finding the best hand in Okey

Dil Dart'tır. main.dart dosyasını run'lamak yeni bir okey oyununu oluşturup 4 oyuncuya rastgele 14-14-14-15 tane taş dağıtacaktır. Sonrasında ise hangi elin kazanmaya daha yakın olduğunu, skoru ve kazanma yöntemiyle (düz mü yoksa çifte giderek mi) gösterecektir.

The language is Dart. running the main.dart file will create a random okey game with 4 players having 14-14-14-15 pieces distributed randomly. It then shows which hand is the closest to winning, with its score and in which method (playing by series or duplicates)
