AT training basics. 3 days for master students. From drift to DBA

The traininig follows the presentation in Training/presentation/AT_training_FODOtoDBA.pptx The basic functions needed during the training are listed in Training/presentation/ATfunctions.docx

The students are encouraged to download AT from github.com/atcollab/at, set their path and install AT in the first day of training.

This course has been tested on 5 students (with minimum programming skills and close to zero matlab knowledge) in November 2018
