Add a better way to apply filters to core objects

Adding a frontend could be a cool way to manage all clusters.
Still have to choose a techno to do it (cgi + web server, embeded python http, 
dgango ?)

If no config file is given, use a default one from some default locations

Add ability to configuration actions in configuration to set values with a 
short command.
Example :
  ./acm -c acm.cfg --action myAction

where myAction set values with filters (defined in configuration file acm.cfg)

Add an interactive command to generate a configuration file.

Usage should be clarified :

./acm --help
Usage: acm <command option> [options]

Command option is mandatory
Setter options are mandatory only if command is --set
