Update to 2.3.3

Hi,

We are connecting to atmosphere which is on a separate domain. We'd like to be able to develop locally while connecting to atmosphere and I was wondering if there was a workaround to allow CORS?

Error:
XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://localhost:9080/XXXXXXXXXXX//broadcast?X-Atmosphere-tracking-id=…ng&X-Atmosphere-TrackMessageSize=true&X-atmo-protocol=true&_=1428573169075. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://localhost:9000' is therefore not allowed access. The response had HTTP status code 404.

I tried to create/deploy the 2.3.2 on webjars.org and failed to do a missing license file:

All attempts to determine an acceptable license have been exhausted. The bower.json file did not contain a spec-compliant license definition and the license could not be determined by trolling through the source repo: https://github.com/Atmosphere/bower-atmosphere

Dropping the license file in should do the trick:

I know on the main atmosphere doc, there is an included license for Apache2. Can you add one here as well for clarity?
