allowing raw php code

Is there a way to allow raw php code just as it is possible right now with html codes?

Can't Modify Custom View Permissions in Vanilla 2.5

When a page has the custom view permission setting enabled, there is no way to modify it for a role from the "Edit Role" page in Vanilla 2.5.

Conflicts with Button Bar

The Button Bar addon does not show correctly when adding/editing pages in dashboard.

Ordered and unordered lists are not rendering correctly

I have the latest versions both vanilla forums and basic pages installed but neither ordered nor unordered lists are rendering with numbers/bullets. I've tried with both HTML and markdown. I've tried on both Chrome and on Firefox -- the latter with no plugins that might interfere. I am happy to provide any other diagnostic information.

Server is running PHP 7.3.11 from Redhat Software Collections on Centos 7.
