Making a new file for Contributors to put their details. In README.md I will add some changes something like contributing guidelines with images so it would be better for a beginner

Current Behavior:

Like we create an Issue or PR it was like simple having to add labels manually or type some messages.

Expected Behavior:

If now we create a PR or issue we get a response from Github bot like adding a new label or some type of greeting messages and included some templates

Environment:

• OS: Windows 11
• Node: 13.14.0
• npm: 16.14.0

A few things need to be added to the readme to help people effectively contribute to this project.

• Contribution Guideline link.
• Aviyel Website link and logo.
• Simplify contribution steps to make it easier for beginners to contribute.

A file structure to separate contributors and git commands would be helpful for beginners and it would look clean. Adding contributing.md file would be useful as well.

In the instructions in README put commands in the block so that it looks nice and easy to copy.
