This will be really helpful to visualize the structures involved in an organelle. It would be amazing if I could create a visualizer service soma that could be plugged into any organelle, probe the structure, and host a small HTTP server to expose the information via REST API.

• Provide the ability to probe the internal structure of an Organelle
• Create a Soma that hosts an HTTP server to expose the information
  • Expose JSON that lists all somas and synapses
  • Soma data should include a fully-qualified type name
• Provide a DOT representation as part of the REST API for awesome graph renderings
• Provide the ability to probe the structure of the entire system, not just the parent Organelle
• Probes should be non-blocking operations because they can potentially take a long time
• Add a ProbeSettings struct for future-proofing

when I was experimenting with sc2-rs I found a case where I wanted to just ignore some inputs because I didn't need to use them. it would be useful to have an Ignore constraint that tells the axon to drop any synapses of that type.
