When my stack is created it stays in a ROLLBACK_COMPLETE state with the below being printed on my CLI. Any idea on what I may need to change?

An error occurred (ValidationError) when calling the CreateChangeSet operation: is in ROLLBACK_COMPLETE state and can not be updated.

I'm not sure if this is something I did wrong on my end or if it has to do with something in the Cloudformation template.

My bucket is being created but when it gets to creating the stack I get the following and the command does not give any clues to what it might be:

Waiting for changeset to be created..
Waiting for stack create/update to complete

Failed to create/update the stack. Run the following command
to fetch the list of events leading up to the failure
aws cloudformation describe-stack-events --stack-name es-chime-bot-stack
