These instructions seem incomplete. Where am I running the CDK commands? On a goldbox? EC2? How do I use the simulators? Are there any pre-requisite steps?

Move (now commented) code for modifying GreengrassV2TokenExchangeRole from FweGgv2PipelineStack to MainStack making sure things work either the role exists or need to be created.

I'm getting the error "Response object is too long" on the deployment for the FwSignalCatalogCatalogResourceXXXXXXXX custom resource. Seems like It's related to the 4K limitation of the response size for CloudFormation API. Please advise how it can be fixed.

CDK version: 2.47.0 (build 3528e3d)

I have issues running the second command npx cdk bootstrap --cloudformation-execution-policies
arn:aws:iam::aws:policy/AdministratorAccess, I already installed aws-cdk version 2 because with the first command that is indicated in the getting started "npm install -g aws-cdk" I got many errors, Do I need to install something before aws.cdk?
