Node-GitBot: Accept a WebHook from GitHub to notify IRC channels of commits on a repository.

USAGE: bot.js [options]
	--join nickname@server/#channel
		Join an IRC server with a certain nickname. May be used multiple times with different channels, even different nicknames.
	--watch <repository>|nickname@server/#channel
		Announce commits to repository repository on nickname@server/#channel. Github uses the format: https://github.com/Acubed/node-rdf
		< and > are literal characters. e.g.: '<https://github.com/Acubed/node-rdf>|[email protected]/#Node.js'
	--httpd-port

EXAMPLE:

./bot.js --join [email protected]/#Node.js --watch '<https://github.com/joyent/node>|[email protected]/#Node.js' --httpd-port 9999
