Describe the bug
Can't run application with code from example, using target Linux

CMake Error at /usr/share/cmake/Modules/FindPkgConfig.cmake:607 (message):
  A required package was not found

Expected behavior
App runs without errors

Add ability to play rtsp video or audio streams

I would like to request the ability to play rtsp video or audio streams using your library.
The only library that supports playing rtsp streams on flutter currently is VLC, looking for different options.

Current Duration Position reporting as higher than max value

_AssertionError ('package:flutter/src/material/slider.dart': Failed assertion: line 163 pos 15: 'value >= min && value <= max': Value 7577.0 is not between minimum 0.0 and maximum 7466.0)

It appears that the callback to getDurationPosition is reporting a higher value than getDurationMax causing the error when playing the video when playing an MP4 on Windows.

I have a workaround by resetting the current position to the max duration when it is greater than max.

It would be more elegant if this was in the core package.
