Recently (i.e. within the last 3-4 months), Comicvine has implemented an api limit of 200 requests within the hour. After that limit is hit the user is locked out till 60 minutes are passed.
This change makes updating the offline list challenging as it is rapidly leads to shut down and errors being found as issues cannot be identified.

Is it possible to implement a rate limiting in the updating of the offline list so that there are fewer than 200 requests made per hour? In this way I could leave the updater running in the background and -though time consuming- manage to update the offline list?
