Documentation on serverless.com is missing steps

Not who is responsible for the documentation, but at:
https://serverless.com/framework/docs/providers/azure/guide/quickstart/ step 5 is missing
azure role assignment create --objectId <objectIDFromCreateStep> -o Contributor

clientId must be a non empty string.

After running serverless deploy I get the following error

      Error --------------------------------------------------

     clientId must be a non empty string.

     For debugging logs, run again after setting the "SLS_DEBUG=*" environment variable.
