Redesign and develop the "Leadership" webpage for a modern and impactful user experience

There are two ways to run this project:

Method 1: HTML

1. Download the entire project folder.
2. Double-click on leadership.html or right-click and open with your preferred web browser.
3. The webpage should now be running in your browser.

Method 2: PHP

1. Download the entire project folder.
2. Navigate to the directory containing leadership.php.
3. Start a PHP server by running the following command:

   php -S localhost:8000

4. Open a web browser and go to http://localhost:8000/leadership.php.
5. The project should now be running in your browser.
