There is no way to generate a URL from a router name (generate) or resolve a route using a callback (resolve)

Add the ability to access constants in the config files.

If both a state specific config (application.production.yml) and a default config (application.yml) file is present, merge the two configs, overriding default with state specific.

Generate CoreEvents at strategic places in the Core workflow.

The method currently relies on built in functions to parse content.

Check and call the format callback on a controller.

This makes chaning the testing config easier for participating developers.

The Core test suite depends on the Backend-PHP bootstrap file. Add one to the test suite.

Add the ability to access the request's headers.

The following issues exist:

• The method ignores the q variable
• Precedence isn't given to more specific types

Regex matches return an array, straight path matches return a callback.

For a route like /component/<status>/<name> and callback signature like function getComponent($name, $status), the variables will be reversed.
