Create QuickLisp images

Initially, 2 variants of QuickLisp would be enough, one based openSUSE Tumbleweed and the other based on Ubuntu LTS.

Standardise the variants across all images

Currently each image can have its own variants. To simplify the build process, and particularly in preparation for fusions, the variants must be standard.

A decent selection is:

  • Ubuntu 22.04
  • openSUSE Tumbleweed

Create bmakelib images

As the first step, two variants of openSUSE Tumbleweed and Ubuntu latest LTS suffice.

Fusions: one or more bdockerimgs combined together

One common usecase is to use one of the images as base, and install on it what another images offers.

For example, if you're working on a QuickLisp project using bmakelib, you'd end up using bdockerimg/quicklisp and then copy-paste'ing most of the commands in bdockerimg/bmakelib to have both in your custom image.

That's the concept of a bdockerimg fusion!

Latest tag for each bmakelib variant

Currently there's no way to stay on the latest tag of openSUSE Tumbleweed and Ubuntu for bmakelib. Instead one has to explicitly mention the version.

For example instead of bdockerimg/bmakelib:opensuse-tumbleweed I have to use bdockerimg/bmakelib:0.7.0--opensuse-tumbleweed.
