看了下实现逻辑，类似文本之间的相似度比较，从而删除重复帧。这里面就有问题，如果连续静态很多就会丢失，假如加个相邻范围校验，或许可以实现。从补帧逻辑而言，这块操需要前置独立，因此即便加入也是单独的预处理步骤。

暂时不考虑加入此功能，如有更多反馈再行考虑
