I feel like if people can't immediately register for the Event after signing up, we'll lose a lot of registrants.

...not current user who is editing.

Add some logic here for that:

• Remove "Event Name" from top of page.
• Fix date format (remove time)
• Make checkin time more prominent

Once account is verified, there should be a message that link to Event Registration since that's what most people will want to do.

Go to registration/add or somewhere more friendly.

...without breaking email DNS. MX records can be downloaded before switching so they can easily be recrated. Better would be to figure out a way to leave the current nameservers.

reCAPTCHA v3 and v2 are already installed. Just need to configure them (v3 as default and v2 as fallback if a user fails v3)

Once you verify your email address, you will be able to register for Events.

Thoughts

• Event and Registration entities exist
• I think we need to change the Registration entity's Entity Reference Field form widget to a select list
• Then we can add an IEF to registrations on the user register page.

At least on the profile page. Elsewhere?

• Email verification when registering for event
• Message after account verification that links to Event Registration
• Don't refresh account page after setting password. Go to registration/add or somewhere more friendly.
• After registering for event, the status message ("New Registration n has been created") is cryptic.
• After registering for the event, redirect to the event. And give a confirmation status message.

Lots of users could end up here without being logged in. It should explain what's up.

...and breaks when on a path with more than one argument.
