  Instructions to add in zeroMQ and DigitalXyncing

1. Right Click on the top level "Tooter" in the Project
2. Select "Open Module Settings"
3. Select "Libraries" in the left hand list
4. Click the "+"
5. Select the lib directory in our project and add "DigitalXyncing.jar"
4. Click the "+"
5. Select the lib directory in our project and add "zmq.jar"
6. ???
7. Profit!
