Bug: Testing for qemu-riscv-64-virt is currently not working

I've been testing the framework for the multiple supported architetures. And I've found that when building for qemu-riscv64-virt the framework is unable to launch qemu.

From my analysis, the framework first fails when trying to find a file flash.bin in

bao-tests/framework/test_framework.py

Line 139 in 2d06e04

flash_bin_path = get_file_path("flash.bin")

This file results from building ATF which is only needed for arm-based systems.
Along the same lines, the framework should instead try to find the openSBI binary.

I've tried to launch the qemu script avaible (platforms/qemu/run.sh), but it is also designed only for qemu-aarch64-virt. It still expects to receive the atf binary.
