When a theme is selected, MainActivity.OnCreate is called twice upon startup. That results in 2x initialization, and end result is that the RootPage will show a back button, which when tapped, goes back to an empty tab page.

Expected behavior

Don't initialize app twice when a theme is selected.

Reproduction steps

1. Select a different theme than "Auto"
2. Close app (properly)
3. Open app again.
   3.a. Back button should now be showing
4. Tap back button
5. Now you're stuck on an empty tab page, without being able to navigate further in the app. You have to close it and reopen.

I only tested Android. Might be an issue on other platforms too.

🐛 Bug Report

README in the Develop branch has broken links for downloading the iOS & Android apps. I tried look for the "Chameleon" app, "BaseflowIT",
"Martjin00", "Chameleon Media Player" on the iOS & the Android app stores but couldn't find anything there either.

Expected behavior

Clicking on the "Download" links take you to the Chameleon app in the iOS/Android App Store depending on which icon you click in the README.

Actual behavior

Clicking on the Android link, takes you to a Android search page, showing "We're sorry, the requested URL was not found on this server."

Clicking on the iOS link, takes you to the apple.co website.

Reproduction steps

On a PC/Mac, click on the Google Play/iTunes download link

🐛 Bug Report

UWP run time throws an exception and breaks the app on start up.

Expected behavior

UWP App should build and run without any exception locally on Visual Studio

Reproduction steps

Step 1: Open the solution in Visual studio 2019 on Windows 10
Step 2: Build the UWP project and run
Step 3: App breaks on start up with the following exception:
'CrossMediaManager.Current' threw an exception of type 'System.NotImplementedException'

Full exception log:

Exception thrown: 'System.NotImplementedException' in MediaManager.dll
An exception of type 'System.NotImplementedException' occurred in MediaManager.dll but was not handled in user code
This functionality is not implemented in the portable version of this assembly. You should reference the NuGet package from your main application project in order to reference the platform-specific implementation.

🐛 Bug Report

This happens on both Android Pie emulator and a physical device. A blank page shows when resuming (either coming from App Icon or Media Notification).
Media is playing while doing this.

Expected behavior

Tapping on Media Notification, as the MainActivity.cs shows, should go to PlayerView.

Reproduction steps

Play any media, media notification should show if it isn't visible yet

On the screenshot for vertical player, there's a chromecast icon. However, I can't seem to find this vertical view, or the cast button.
