I can not find any rules on this, in my understanding the BaselHack event will be both in English and in German, with bi-lingual documents for the participants.
Do the participants have the choice to give their pitch and final presentations in either language?
Consequently a requirement for the members of the jury is to be able to evaluate projects in both languages.

Would it for some 'sensitive' documents (passwords, accounts, phone numbers, ...) make sense to restrict access to registered team members?
(may require to manually add/remove people!)
