In this program prepared in C #, various operations can be performed with pictures. The operations you can do with the picture in the program are as follows;

• Upload an image
• Clockwise or counterclockwise rotation
• Enlarging or reducing
• Proportional expansion or reduction
• Rotate the image in the specified direction and angle
• Magnification with coefficient

Download a copy of the project files to your local machine to run the project. After obtaining the required environments, you can open the project in this environment run it and use the application through the window that opens after it is run. When trying to run a second time, simply run ~\imageOperations\bin\Debug\imageOperations.exe in the location of the project.

• Microsoft Visual Studio

To run the project, you must first obtain any version of Microsoft Visual Studio software that has the C # IDE for your system from Microsoft Visual Studio and install it on your local machine. Then, it will be enough to introduce our project to IDE environment and perform debug operation. If you do not want to download a program, you can run the project at Microsoft Visual Studio Online.
