I changed the frequency (decreased to 100 Hz)
And the scan started to look like that:

And changing back to 200 Hz:

1. Delete check for name if False very weird behavior.
2. Add an add poi shortcut to the confocal.
3. Add save picture with pois

• When clicked acquire spectrum the spectrometer is run in 1 sec when the integration time is 15 s.
• Continuous measurements should have an option not to accumulate but refresh every time for aligning the spectrometer.
• Add a flip mirror functionality

The scan has to be stopped but doesn't and crashes when we stop it manually.

Ask if low temperature and change the NI card voltage

Quite a useful feature if one want to see how the XY scan changes with Z
