We need to add tests early so we don't have to go back and retrofit tests for the app

We should replace the JSON implementation with the new Python/Flask stack.

Once these are closed, I think we're good to merge.

We should achieve parity w/ the javascript implementation.

Requirements:

1. Takes a parameter like /source/cnn
2. Parses that and ensures that the source is valid (cnn or fox-news for now)
3. Queries news API for that specific source
4. Returns that specific source's headline in json

How do the apps and servers authenticate w/ each other to weed out server spam, etc.

Suggest that we have a makefile to automate a few basic development tasks:

1. Production: Set variables to production/disable debugging, run the app
2. Development: Set variables to development/debug, run the app (so it hot reloads when we make code changes)
3. Tests: Run test suite once
4. Watch Tests: Run test suits and watch directory (so it hot reloads when we make code changes)

We will likely use #2/#4 for development and #1/#3 for production (#3 is for when we roll a continuous integration server)
