Hi,
I'm running a project using vaadin-spring-boot-starter. I then run into trouble when trying to use this add-on. Basically the popup window gets the wrong url to the Vaadin bootstrap.js. After some debugging in the SpringVaadinServlet, SpringVaadinServletRequest, BootstrapHandler and searching google + Vaadin forums I found the simplest solution to be to allow this add-on to accept popups based on URL:s in addition to popups based on UI:s. Then I can open a popup using a url pointing to a UI annotated with @springui which makes vaadin-spring-boot happy...

When this background thread runs its dying on an NPE trying to access the UI with getUI.
I believe this is a problem caused by a change in how vaadin handles background threads.
Previously UI.getUI would work but it no longer does. You now need to hand the UI in explicitly.

I will push a patch with a fix.

Does anyone have a working example of how to sign in with Facebook using this addon?

The class /github/scribejava/core/model/SignatureType got replaced by the class OAuth1SignatureType. Would be great if the oauth-button component could make use of the latest scribe release

On the url https://vaadin.com/directory#!addon/oauth2-popup-add-on I click on "Online Demo".
Then the url http://bdunn.jelastic.servint.net/Vaadin-Addon-Demo/?a=OAuth2Popup shows "502 — environment stopped".
