用于获取小程序码的 UWP 软件
填写 appid 和 appsecret ，再填写 scene 参数，可以获取一个携带参数的小程序码。 此处实现是微信官方文档获取无数量限制的带参数小程序码。 详细的可以看源码实现。
同时这个应用也做了动态响应布局，和一点点应用本地设置的例子（虽然不知道是否是正确的用法，但是看起来它正常工作了）
