5. 개발하며 겪은 이슈

1) WSL 환경에서 nGrinder Controller에 외부 PC에서 agent 접속 이슈

be01-4nd-mini-project-TEAM1/R3-nGrinder#1

내용

포트포워딩한 nGrinder Controller에 외부 PC의 agent가 접속되지 않았다.

결론

nGrinder agent는 기본적으로 16001 포트의 Controller에 접속한다.
외부 PC에서 Controller 페이지에 접속하기 위한 8080 포트와 agent가 접속하기 위한 16001 포트 2개를 포트포워딩 해준다.
외부 PC가 포트에 접속할 수 있도록 방화벽 설정이 추가적으로 필요하다.

2) nginx test 오류

내용

JAVA 17 버전으로 nGrinder 를 시도했을 때 Agent 실행과정에서 아래와 같은 에러가 발생

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unsupported class file major version 61

결론

JAVA 17 버전과 nGrinder-3.5.9 버전이 호환되지 않아 발생하는 에러
해결 방법 (택일)
- JAVA 11로 버전 바꾸기
- nGrinder-3.5.6으로 재설치 후 실행
11로 버전 바꾼 뒤 재부팅

3) nginx-proxy cache 적용 시 에러 발생

내용

nginx-proxy cache 설정 적용 후 nGrinder 테스트에서 에러 발생

결론

cache가 저장되는 경로를 잘못 설정해서 테스트가 불가능했음
default.conf 파일에서 올바른 경로를 설정
nGrinder(agent, controller server) 및 proxy server 모두 재부팅 후 해결됨

Requirements

아래 도식과 같이 DB 와 연결된 SPRING-BOOT APP-SERVER 준비
NGINX PROXY 서버는 모든 사용자 요청을 받아 APP-SERVER 로 전단 중계하는 대리자 PROXY 역할을 하도록 구성
기본 NGINX 설정으로 최대 TPS 를 도출한다.
최대 TPS 의 기준은 (a) 에러가 없는 상태에서 (b) 평균응답속도가 초기 대비 1.2 배 상승하지 않는 범위 안에서 (b) 5분간 유지
테스트 환경 구성은 여러대의 컴퓨터를 네트워크로 연결하여 구성하며 각각 구성은 아래와 같음
ref(A) 가이드를 참조하여 proxy 단의 캐싱을 적용하여 성능을 개선하고
개선 전후를 비교하는 결과 리포트를 생성
결과 리포트에는 (A) 전/후 성능지표 (B) 캐싱적용 방법 (C) 종합 분석 및 해석 내용을 포함
