Add help for manager script

Launching manager.py without parameters or with switch -h(--help) should print short descriptions of all available commands

Modify init for Mac

Init in manager.py doesn't work properly on mac

Init command shouldn't perform extra work

Now, if I re-run init command it doesn't check if sdk has been initialised, and executes all initialization steps.
It could be a separate flag, which re-initialized sdk from scratch, but by default it should simply perform uncompleted steps.

Script on Linux: Should show proper error if CMAKE not installed
